Wave Two Production Update - July 15th

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

Today we've got a Wave Two production update from Kathrin, who works at our manufacturing partner, Panda. She recently visited the factory where wave two is being made to make sure everything was up to the high standards of the first wave. We asked her to send over a quick update about how everything is going. Over to you Kathrin...

Plastic and plastic tray production has finished, I have seen the last sets being produced on Thursday. Now the miniatures only need to be assembled into the trays.

Printing is close to finishing production, punchboards etc. are currently being acclimatised and we have sent the mass production samples  to Mantic today. These should arrive with Mantic shortly and hopefully they'll update you with more pictures!

Production is currently estimated to finish end of July/first week of August. We'll prepare shipments in the order of UK first (this includes the European orders), then US, Canada, Australia and China. So if no issues are found on the mass production samples then everything is looking good for a delivery to backers starting in September.

I have also asked our team to provide some more detailed pictures of the figures in the trays, especially of Box Full of Evil, so  Mantic can create a PDF guide for the backers on how to pack all miniatures back into their trays ;)

Wave 2 Production Update - June 10th

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

It's been a while but we hope you've been enjoying playing Hellboy: The Board Game. 

Last week our manufacturing partner, Panda, visited to give us an update on how Wave Two is going. The short answer is: it's all going very well. Production is underway and we're on target for our revised September delivery (as mentioned previously in this update).

As part of the production process, we've been sent production samples to approve and make sure everything is in order. Apart from a couple of minor tweaks, everything was great and Panda has now started production. We wanted to share some pictures we snapped earlier today, so you can start getting excited! There may be some slight changes in the final product, but these pretty close to the finished items.

Pledge manager temporarily re-opened! Plus The Wild Hunt expansion!

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

We have some exciting news today - the pledge manager has been temporarily re-opened until May 20th. This is to allow backers to add selected items to their Wave Two delivery... remember, Wave Two is due for delivery in September 2019.

Wave Two includes the following items:

• Box Full of Evil
• Hellboy in Mexico Expansion
• Darkness Calls Expansion
• Resin miniatures (excluding translucent Johann)

We're also delighted to announce that we're giving backers the opportunity to add the brand-new retail exclusive The Wild Hunt expansion to their Wave Two orders - to not only save on the shipping cost but also get a discount on the MSRP.

Once the Hellboy: The Board Game Kickstarter had finished, everyone here at Mantic and James and Sophie over at Needy Cat Games were still brimming with ideas, plus we may have got a little bit excited by the announcement of the new Hellboy film, which is loosely based on The Wild Hunt storyline.

With that in mind, we didn't want the Hellboy fun to stop - and we wanted to ensure we had a product to support our retail partners. This led to creation of The Wild Hunt expansion, an entirely new product that has been funded outside of the Kickstarter.

Of course, we wanted to make sure backers had the option to pick up this new expansion - and that's why we're re-opening the pledge manager for a limited time only.

Due for retail release in September 2019 - with limited early copies at GenCon 2019 - The Wild Hunt expansion includes a new BPRD agent - Enraged Hellboy - along with a new Back-up Agent Alice Monaghan. You'll also receive 40 new Case File cards - which means 3 new challenging scenarios to complete. And don't forget, you'll be able to combine these cards with your B.P.R.D. Archives cards to create entirely new adventures for Hellboy and the crew.

Shipping Update - 18th April

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

A quick update regarding shipping.

UK, Europe and Rest of World (i.e. countries not mentioned below) - all pledges being shipped from our UK warehouse have now left the building and have either been delivered or are currently in transit. As long as the email address you provided during the campaign is correct, you'll receive an email notification about delivery

USA - the US shipping hub is still working through orders. They're shipping around 400 orders a day and there are around 6,000 copies to ship. Once again, you'll receive an email notification about delivery and we'll update backers once US delivery is complete

Canada - unfortunately, although the pledges arrived at the shipping hub as scheduled, there's currently an unexpected delay on starting the shipping at the hub. We'll have an update as soon as possible on when Canadian pledges will start shipping. We're extremely sorry about this delay but we're working with the hub to make sure they're delivered as quickly as possible

Australia and New Zealand - shipping is complete

Asia - shipping is complete

Brazil - currently on their way to the Brazilian shipping hub and expected to start shipping in May from the Brazilian hub

WHERE'S MY PLEDGE?

Although shipping has completed or is ongoing, sometimes items can get lost in transit. Once shipping is complete in all territories, we'll inform backers and then you can let us know if your pledge has not arrived.

MISSING/DAMAGED COMPONENTS

If you have missing or damaged components, please do NOT use the Kickstarter message system to inform us. Please email [email protected] about the problem so we can clearly track any issues and make sure you issue is resolved quickly and accurately.

Shipping Update - April 2nd

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

We're delighted to see so many pledges arriving with backers. However, we just wanted to post a quick update to let you know the current shipping status. Ultimately, the message is: if you haven't receiving a shipping notification, don't worry! But we'll go into more detail below.

Europe - ongoing! With Brexit being pushed back it's given us more time to finish shipping to Europe and this is still ongoing. We are expecting it to be finished next week.

UK - this is expected to start from April 12th.

R.O.W. - will start shipping from the UK once we've completed Europe/UK.

Canada - arrives at the hub today (April 2nd) and will begin shipping shortly

USA - arrives at the hub April 9th and will begin shipping shortly afterwards

Australia/New Zealand - has started and is ongoing

As you can see, we've got all hands to the pumps and are shipping as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and your pledge will be with you shortly.

We'll update backers once each shipping stage is complete.
