Shipping update - October 10th

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

It's been great to see so many of you receiving your pledges and we're delighted to say the majority of Wave Two has now been shipped. See below for more details on each shipping region.

CANADA - we will deal with the bad news first. We have been working with Snakes & Lattes for the Canadian delivery of Wave Two. Unfortunately yesterday it has transpired that S&L has not sent any Canadian packages, despite us being informed they were due to ship several weeks ago and not being told previously about any problems.

Sadly, S&L is currently unable to give us a time frame about when they will be shipping packages but we are working with them to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We understand this must be extremely frustrating for Canadian backers and we can only apologise about the delay. S&L delivered Wave One with no problems and everything was looking fine for Wave Two. We will have an update as soon as we know more.

MISSING PLEDGES

Occasionally pledges can get lost in the postal system. If your Wave Two items haven't arrived by October 31st (this should give them enough time to arrive) please email [email protected]

SHIPPING UPDATE - October 1st

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

A quick update today to let you know how shipping is getting along. 

• AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND - complete
• ASIA - complete
• CANADA - complete
• USA - underway and almost complete
• EUROPE/UK - underway and due to be complete by October 12th

Our UK warehouse is also busy shipping out the resin miniatures and this process will also be complete by October 12th.

Once the shipping is finished from the UK, we'll let everyone know. Please don't contact us about missing pledges until after that update. That will ensure there's enough time for items to arrive in the post or 'officially' be declared lost by the courier.

Wave Two Shipping Update September 12th and Nimue, Show Exclusive

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents

We've got a quick update today to let you know how Wave Two shipping planning is progressing. Also, we've got some news about Nimue and The Wild Hunt, for those who didn't order the expansion through the pledge manager.

UK and EUROPE - arriving next week and due to start shipping September 23rd. Like Wave One we will be shipping European orders first to avoid any potential Brexit shenanigans.

USA - arrived at the port September 10th and is now on its way to the shipping hub

CANADA - arrived at the port September 7th and is now on its way to the shipping hub

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND - shipping has completed 

ASIA - shipping has started

RESIN ORDERS!

For those of you that ordered resin miniatures as part of your Wave Two shipment, these will be shipped from the UK, so may arrive separately from the rest of your order. The reason for this is that we have produced these at our HQ and we wanted to make sure they were shipped safely, to cut down on damages. So don't worry if your Wave Two package arrives and the resins aren't included... they'll be on their way.

NIMUE, THE BLOOD QUEEN

Finally, we've got some good news for those of you that want to order our 2019 Show Exclusive, Nimue - The Blood Queen. Nimue, along with The Wild Hunt expansion, will be available to order from www.manticgames.com from 5pm (BST) on Friday, September 13th.

Please note, if you've ordered from Mantic Games before, we have recently launched a new website, so you will be required to create a new account. Might be worth doing that now, so you're not spending time tomorrow.

Nimue will be available in limited numbers, but don't worry if you miss out this time. We'll be making her available again during the Mantic Open Day Weekend on November 2nd.

Wave Two Shipping Update - August 27th

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

Today we've got a quick update to let you know that Wave Two is on the various boats and will be arriving at the hubs in September, ready for shipping.

Below you can see the boat details, just in case you want to track the whereabouts of your Wave Two items. Once the products arrive at the hubs, it then normally takes a few working days to get everything in order and begin shipping - so don't worry if you don't receive a shipping notification straight away.

UK and EUROPE - Vessel: METTE MAERSK 932W, arriving at our warehouse September 14th. Like Wave One we will be shipping European orders first to avoid any potential Brexit shenanigans.                          

USA - Vessel: NORTHERN JUVENILE 304E, arriving at the hub September 10th.

CANADA - Vessel: OOCL NEW YORK 057E, arriving at the hub September 7th.      

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND - Vessel: OOCL DUBAI 116S, arriving at the hub August 24th and shipping is likely to begin in early September.           

ASIA - hub already has their stock and will begin shipping in early September.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change your shipping address, you need to email [email protected] urgently to get it updated. You can not update your address using Backerkit, as we've downloaded all the shipping data.

SHOW EXCLUSIVE - NIMUE, THE BLOOD QUEEN

We're aware that quite a lot of you are interested in picking up Nimue, the Blood Queen from our website. We are currently working on launching a new website and will make Nimue available for a limited time once the new site is live. We'll update everyone once she is available. Thanks for your patience.

Wave Two Shipping Update - July 30th, 2019

Calling all B.P.R.D. Agents,

Great news! Production on Wave Two is complete and everything is ready to be loaded onto various boats travelling around the world next week. Typically once on the boat, it'll take around six weeks to arrive at the different hubs. We'll update backers with the boat details next week. 

This means that we're on track to start shipping Wave Two in September, as planned. If you need to change your address, please don't amend it in Backerkit. It's best to email our support team (well, the one-man team Elvis) with your new address details to make sure Wave Two arrives safely. The email address is [email protected]

We're delighted with the work done by our manufacturing partner Panda and we can't wait to get Wave Two into your hands.

HELLBOY AT GEN CON!

We're about to head off to the biggest tabletop convention in the world: Gen Con. As you would expect, Hellboy will be a big part of this year's show.

As mentioned previously in this update, The Wild Hunt will be making its debut at Gen Con and we'll have very limited copies for sale. So, if you missed out when we re-opened the pledge manager, this is your chance to get a copy.

We will also have the brand-new Hellboy Show Exclusive Nimue, the Blood Queen. Nimue is an Unexpected Threat you can add to your games to mix things up. She comes with some additional cards, which we won't spoil here. We've only got around 50 Nimues available at Gen Con, so you might need to be fast to grab yours.

For those who can't make it to Gen Con - don't worry! Nimue will be available to pre-order from the Mantic website soon. We're currently working on a new website, which won't be live in time for Gen Con but we'll make Nimue available for pre-order shortly afterwards. We'll update backers once she's available.
