Inspired by the legendary tales of horror, myth and folklore by Mike Mignola, Hellboy: The Board Game is a fully cooperative experience for 1 to 4 players. You become a member of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defence (BPRD), ready to investigate occult threats that threaten our very existence. You will explore gothic locations, hunt down clues, discover artefacts, fight horrific creatures and face off against terrifying bosses.

Hi there!
This is a quick update for those people that may have missed out on the Hellboy: The Board Game Expansions and Dice Game Kickstarter we ran earlier in the year. Late pledges are now available from Gamefound and can be found here.
As well as the Kickstarter pledge, we've also made a host of optional extras available, including most of the previously released resin pieces and expansions - following requests from backers. We're also giving backers the opportunity to order the brand-new resin gaming diorama, Drinking with Skeletons. This will be released in 2022 but we've included it in the pledge manager.
Late pledges will be open until late September/early October and can be found here.

Calling all Agents,
We're in the final 24 hours of the Hellboy: The Board Game expansions Kickstarter. This is your chance to get the all-new The Storm and The Fury expansion, plus three expansions based around the B.P.R.D. graphic novels.
We've also unlocked some great stretch goals, including The Wendigo, Gruagach, new Kickstarter Exclusive Case Files and we're on the cusp of unlocking Ashley Strode as a playable Agent! Check out the pledge below.
The pledge also includes our biggest Hellboy miniature ever: Nimue in her dragon form!
Finally, if you want to pick up some previously released resin miniatures - like Giant Robot Hellboy or Krampus, for example - we'll be including these in the pledge manager. You can pledge for £1 on the campaign now and gain access to the pledge manager when it opens.

We've already unlocked some great Board Game content, including the terrifying Wendigo, two all-new Case Files, Nimue's Champion and we're on the cusp of unlocking another hugely requested character... Gruagach.
Plus, we've recently announced that previously released retail expansions (Darkness Calls, The Wild Hunt and Hellboy in Mexico) and resin miniatures (like Krampus and Giant Robot Hellboy) will be available in the pledge manager - perfect if you want to pick up something missing from your collection.

Calling all Agents!
Hellboy is heading back to Kickstarter for some brand-new tabletop adventures and a fresh way to experience the Hellboy universe! On Tuesday, April 27th at 1pm (UK time), Hellboy: The Board Game is returning to Kickstarter to fund some fantastic ways to expand your original pledge. Sign up to the pre-launch page here.
You’ve played through the core game, Darkness Calls and The Wild Hunt. Now it’s time to bring the saga to a close with The Storm and The Fury. Armed with a certain legendary sword (no spoilers here, just in case), Hellboy must face his toughest foe yet: Nimue in her dragon form. This is the biggest miniature we’ve made for Hellboy: The Board Game and it’s not going to be easy!
The B.P.R.D. faces a range of horrifying new minions as the world descends into chaos. The Hell on Earth expansion introduces new minions to add to your missions. From swarming Crickets, to demons and Ogdru Hem mutants, you’re going to wish you were only facing the Frog Monsters from the core game.
If only it were just the minions you needed to deal with. In the Pandemonium expansion some all-new bosses, like the terrifying Hammerhead, are here to try and end the world.

With all that, you’re going to need some new heroes and the B.P.R.D. is here to save the day. End of Days includes new playable agents – Ted Howards, Sledgehammer, Evolved Abe Sapien and Flaming Liz Sherman.
But that's not all! We'll also be funding the creation of a brand-new Hellboy tabletop experience with: Hellboy: The Dice Game - perfect if you want to get your B.P.R.D. fix on the go. In Hellboy: The Dice Game, you take on the role of a B.P.R.D. recruit exploring a mysterious location. As a new recruit your abilities and resources are limited so you'll need your wits about you to try and survive. Push your luck to press deeper into the unknown or play it safe and live to fight another day. The choice is yours!

Today we're getting in touch to let you know that Hellboy is returning to Kickstarter to fund four new expansions... and a family-friendly, push-your-luck dice game. The Kickstarter will be launching later this month and you sign up for an alert when we go live here.
NEW EXPANSIONS!
The Kickstarter is going to fund four new expansions:
The Storm and The Fury: After releasing Darkness Calls and The Wild Hunt, we're completing the Nimue story arc with The Storm and The Fury. This is going to be Hellboy's toughest test yet because he will have to face Nimue in her dragon form. Good luck!

After completing that story arc, we're moving onto the B.P.R.D. story lines to fund new bosses, new minions and new Agents!
End of Days - this expansion includes new playable Agents, new Requisition Cards, a new Case File and new Deck of Doom Cards.
Pandemonium - this expansion focuses on the big bad bosses! It includes a new Case File, new Deck of Doom card, new Encounter Cards and, of course, Boss Behaviour cards.
Hell on Earth - in this final expansion, you'll get a host of new minions to mix into your games! Also includes a new Case File and Encounter cards!
All of these will give you plenty of extras to mix in with your existing content, thanks to the B.P.R.D. Archives expansion. Make sure you keep an eye on the Mantic Blog because we'll be delving into these new expansions with Needy Cat Games soon.
HELLBOY: THE DICE GAME
But that's not all! During the Kickstarter, we'll also be funding Hellboy: The Dice Game. Perhaps you don't have time to play a full Case File to get your Hellboy fix or maybe you can't fit the Kickstarter Edition into your luggage when going travelling? Well Hellboy: The Dice Game is here to help!
In Hellboy: The Dice Game, you take on the role of a B.P.R.D. recruit exploring a mysterious location. As a new recruit your abilities and resources are limited, so you'll need your wits about you to try and survive. Push your luck to press deeper into the unknown or play it safe and live to fight another day. The choice is yours.
The game includes a deck of rooms that you must explore. Some will contain (mostly) harmless frog swarms, whereas others will hide dangerous frog monsters or even more notorious foes from Hellboy's past. The differently coloured dice represent your limited resources and you must choose carefully when selecting which ones to roll. If you run out of dice or wounds, it's the end of your turn. We've heard it described as 'travel Hellboy' and we think that's a great description!
